 Paul Lepa, CEO Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of RedStores.com, Paul Lepa is an experienced Marketing and Business Development professional. Paul has previously worked for such firms as Telvent as a Senior Account Executive and ABB as a Director of Global Pipeline Solutions. Paul brings to the company a wealth of experience in direct sales and marketing. Paul has a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from University of Calgary. In 2003, Paul, together with his wife, found PearlsOnly.com. In five years since launch of PearlsOnly the company has expanded to sales in US, UK, Australia and Canada, and has served nearly 100,000 customers.
Mina Vayanou, COO Chief Operations Officer of RedStores.com Prior to joining our team, Mina Vayanou served as an Applications Manager at Telvent Automation where she lead the proposal and sales support efforts of large-scale-projects. Mina honed her leadership skills for over 25 years in various high-tech companies , focusing mainly on proposal management, sales and marketing and production management.

Andy Clayton CEO of L'nP China |
Andy first came to China in 1997, and moved here in early ‘99 after graduating from Oxford. He has visited every Chinese province (bar 3), lived in Inner Mongolia, Shanghai, and Beijing, and has worked from a countryside volunteer English teacher, to Vice-President of a NASDAQ-listed company.
The majority of Andy’s work experience has been in building & decorating materials, including retail, import & export, and design & fabrication. He is a fluent Mandarin-speaker with a particular interest in technologies related to sustainability and emissions reduction.
Andy is an active member of his community: founding member and Treasurer of the 2nd forum of the BJ chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organisation (EO); Treasurer of the Oxford Cambridge Club of Beijing; and proud annual participant in the BJ Marathon (PB 3hr31m).
Andy has been married to Lily Li since 2005, have 2 children Harry (2005) and Lucy (2008), and all live happily together in Beijing. |

Mirko Wormuth Founder and CEO of TWICE Fashion Accessories |
Mirko was born and raised in East Germany. His experience in China stretches back to 1994 when he was studying at Nanjing University.
He later worked as an associate lawyer for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in their Beijing office from 2001 to 2003. His legal work mainly evolved around foreign direct investment by mid-sized German companies seeking investment opportunities in mainland China.
He co-founded TWICE with his wife Tina in 2006 and started rolling out stores in Beijing in February 2007. They currently operate more than 20 stores in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Dalian. Mirko is a fluent Mandarin speaker. He now lives with his wife Tina and son Magnus in Beijing. |

Tom Adkins VP of Business Development for Autopro Automation Consultants |
Tom is presently the VP of Business Development for Autopro Automation Consultants, a Canadian based industry leader in the development of vendor neutral industrial automation solutions.
Prior to taking his present role at Autopro, Tom was the Director of Business Development at Kenonic Controls (now owned by Emerson Process Management), one of the largest automation engineering companies in North America. Tom spent 23 years in various technical, sales and management capacities within the Kenonic organization including relocating to the United States to take a lead role in the development of a California start-up operation. After returning to Canada to take on a business development role, his initial responsibility was to investigate and develop international opportunities which provided exposure to new cultures, customs, and a perspective on issues related to working in a global economy.
Tom is a strong believer in life long learning and has continued to upgrade his formal and informal education throughout his career. He is Master Electrician and a Certified Engineering Technician and additionally Tom holds a Marketing Management Certificate and MBA from the University of Calgary.

Max Blitt was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1975 and is currently an associate of the law firm of Spier Harben. He practices primarily in Family Law, Real Estate, Wills and Estates.
Max has also had extensive experience dealing with the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abductions. He has personally been involved in assisting clients and legal counsel to recover children that have been abducted by parents and relatives to other Provinces in Canada, the United States, Poland, France, Germany, Mexico, Brazil, Sweden, Italy, South Africa, Lebanon and the United Kingdom.
Max is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Alberta and Canada Family Mediation, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (International), Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association. In addition he has volunteered with the Calgary Women’s Emergency Shelter, Child Find Alberta (Past President), Child Find Canada, Calgary Zoo, Calgary Zoo Foundation (Past Chairman), University of Calgary Student Legal Services. He is a Court Appointed Dispute Resolution Officer with the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta (2006 to present), and a Negotiations / Advocacy Assessment Instructor for the Canadian Centre for Professional Legal Education 2008-2009.
Max has spoken to search agencies, law enforcement, lawyers, government representatives, and Judges. at Conferences in Las Vegas, Nevada, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Calgary, Washington D.C. Ottawa, and Tokyo, Japan dealing with Missing and Abducted Children’s issues.

Emanuel is currently the CEO and a Director at Wmode Inc., a leading provider of mobile applications and services to mobile operators. Emanuel also spent 15 years with Telvent, directing the Sales & Marketing efforts of the market leading automation and real-time billing solution supplier to the utility, energy and environmental markets.
Prior to Telvent, Emanuel worked in the Geographical Information Systems (GIS) industry and worked as a software developer. Emanuel has a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science, Specializing in Computer Design from the University of Alberta and a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
